If you are using SD Elements for the first time you may find the number of tasks to be overwhelming. This is simply because there are many inherent potential vulnerabilities in software. However, if you are worried that the volume of tasks will be so overwhelming that it will be ignored, then you can focus on only high priority tasks.
To do this, simply open a project and expand the filter sidebar.
Select 'High (7-10)' from the priority filter. This generally results in a much more manageable list to start with. If you use ALM integration then you should specify a minimum task priority of 7 during integration setup.
Once you have completed all of the high priority tasks you can either add "Medium (4-6)" to the priority filter or remove the priority filter altogether if you want all tasks to be in-scope.
