Supported ALM Integrations
- CA Agile Central
- HP ALM
- IBM Rational Team Concert
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server (2015, 2017)
- Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services
The ALM server can be in a cloud-based or on-site deployment. SD Elements should have network connectivity to the ALM server (e.g. they are both on the same internal network or both are Software As A Service [SAAS] deployments). If this is not possible, then at least one other system must have connectivity to both SD Elements and the ALM server.
Note that this determines which integration method must be used. If the SD Elements server can communicate directly with the ALM server, then you can use the normal integration process inside of the SD Elements application. If the SD Elements and ALM servers cannot communicate directly, use the Remote Integration Client.
If https is used and the certificate authority is not public, then SD Elements or the Remote Integration Client must be set up to trust the ALM server certificate.
